Window & Glass Cleaning
Interior glass cleaned to streak-free clarity — office partitions, lobby windows, conference room glass, and interior-facing panes. Available standalone or bundled with recurring janitorial service.
Carpet Maintenance
Regular vacuuming of carpeted areas, spot treatment for stains, and deodorization to keep high-traffic spaces fresh. Included in recurring service schedules or available as a standalone visit.
Waste Management
Bin collection, liner replacement, and waste diversion coordination (recycling, compost). Compliant with Minnesota MPCA guidelines and building-specific waste plans.
Green & Eco-Friendly Cleaning

Post-Construction Cleanup
Three-phase construction cleaning: rough, final, and touch-up. Dust, debris, and adhesive removal so your space is ready for occupancy on day one. We coordinate directly with your GC timeline.
Deep Cleaning
A thorough, top-to-bottom clean beyond regular maintenance — vents, baseboards, appliance interiors, grout lines, and hard-to-reach surfaces. Recommended quarterly or semi-annually.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Thorough facility cleaning between tenants or ahead of a new occupancy. We cover every surface, fixture, and corner so the space is spotless and inspection-ready before the next occupant arrives.
Restroom Sanitation
Hospital-grade disinfection of all restroom surfaces, fixtures, and floors. Consumable restocking (paper, soap, liners). Odor control treatments. Documented with each service.
